Heather

Aloha everyone! As the one who is not technologically advanced I feel somewhat proud of myself for making my first entry to the blog even though I’m only adding my bio, I hope to add some good road trip recipes we create on the road, and good coffee shops we find along our route.  If anyone has suggestions other then Starbucks, let me know.  🙂

I love to create & work with my hands, which is why Garrett added the road trip recipes on our blog.  I also love coffee & creating drinks, which could come from working as a manager at Hollee’s Cafe at Lancaster Bible College for the last three years. I love finding coffee roasters and visiting local coffee shops while traveling. I love summertime, sunshine, my wonderful family and friends, and my amazing and loving husband, Garrett! I also love the great outdoors, especially hiking, biking, and the Appalachian trail, which my friend Karie and I have a goal to hike as much as we can! So far we have conquered all of Maryland, West Virginia, parts of Virginia and half of Pennsylvania (Karie just completed PA). Outdoors is a place I connect with God the most. I hope to see more of God’s creation and creativity as Garrett and I travel across America!

I am passionate about encouraging others to find their worth in God, and help them be all that God created them to be. I am excited about being involved in a local church when we move back to PA with the hope to invest myself in others!

    Hey Heather,
I know you said not starbucks, but if you are in Seattle (it should be on your way to Forks if you are still doing that) You HAVE to go to Pike Place Market’s Starbucks! It is the original starbucks! Other than that any of those sheds in the middle of parking lots in Washington State, “Coffee Boxes” are very good! Much like Holles was in the beginning days! Good luck!

    Hello Heather & Garrett!
This is my first visit to your blog. Very rich. Your message of “Yielding to Peds” has impacted me. I love what you’re doing and appreciate who you are. God bless you and keep you. Cheryl Rainwater
